So, I'm still stuck at about 82. Everytime I break past it, I put the weight back on which is frustrating, but I'm not willing to give up. I've decided I need to shake things up a bit and try IF. I decided to the 12:12 method. Does anyone have advice on how to best optimise my feeding window?
