I had the same problem when I was about 2kg from my goal. I stagnated for almost a month, then it all came plummeting off. Just keep going 🤞

What i do and it seems to work is i would eat a high carb day ex.2500 cal and next day as little as 900 then i set a new calorie limit ex 1200 and just stick to the plan and then the scall starts to move a gain i would also be more active its just a suggestion maybe it can help for you as well.🌸

Never go below 1200 cals. It’s not good for your body. Keep eating in a calorie deficit and if you do strenght training, instead of lifting and lowering the weights, hold end position as long as possible and when you can no longer hold it, start lowering it slowly and controlled.

Intermittent fasting was a game changer for me. I plateaued for about 5 months until I tried it then I started seeing progress. Maybe you can give it a try.

The other thing to consider is your emotional wellness. I plateaued for about 6 months, but I worked through a long-standing issue and suddenly the weight started coming off. Rage and guilt are the enemy of weight loss. With those emotions gone, not only do I figuratively and literally feel lighter, I don't have what I call 'anxiety cravings'. Mental health plays SUCH a big part of physical wellness - don't overlook it. 💪 Keep going!

Thembi I have also reached a plateau. I have been advised that my daily cals are too low at 1200 so I am upping them slowly. Take a three day cheat time then begin again. Good luck.

Plateau is fine, Gaining alittle is fine. Its all part of the journey. But if it continues for more than 2 weeks, Consider changing some things up, Decrease calories a little, Pump up the cardio a bit more or even look at doing some strength training. Maybe increase your water intake. Remember if you keep doing the same thing, you will get the same results.

change your routine and diet. change things up a bit. plateau is normal. don't give up it's just your body now use to things. do a different type of exercise. try fasting that will kick start the body into losing again too.
