Okay, MattRide! I've plugged in the FitBit that I bought but have never once used. After it's charged, I'm going for a ride! Maybe I'll even download the FS app so I can post pictures.

No worry Yfritz, plenty more days to catch up. Good start in a scorching weather! I heard you also do kayaking or rowing 💪🏽👍 . I had a good rest yesterday & a lil’ pumped today ~ will be slow waking up with sore joints tomorrow 😅

Matt...have too much arthritis to go 30 miles. I am in for walking, hiking and/or working out to erase, calorie-wise, 1 meal a day. That is for 6 days a week. Supporting you for your groups 30!

Mattride I'm in..🚶🏼‍♀️. It'll really be a challenge for me! But I'll try! After overeating during my vacations I got 3 kilos. 😬 I want to get rid of them!!I'll use an App to count steps and calories. Testing it tomorow🥰
