I'm going to have to speak up. i was accused of starving myself by kalnwi yesterday. It anger me to be accused of something I haven't done. I may be losing weight at a good steady pace but not by starvation. I have posted photos of foods I have cooked along with the nutrients stats. Because of my high A1C I was put on Ozempic. Yes it is helping me greatly and my number dropped. I eat very healthy and I do watch my numbers. So if someone wants to advise me of something then let it be LOSING WEIGHT!!!!! People let's be uplifting towards one another. Let's not tear anyone down because of their own insecurities.

Totally support you for speaking up for yourself! It’s your journey and I know mine is difficult enough without negative know-it-alls! Keep losing the pounds and the weight of “shamers” shaming😊
