WTG, BMI needs BF% to paint the complete picture. Hip/waist/neck and limb measurements are also useful, but I haven't kept up with those.
Have you ever done one of those fancy scans or tests to determine BF %? I'm considering getting one at some point, then going back and getting another a year later to see how body composition has changed.
