Keto friends! I need your wisdom!!!! I just started kept with the plan of transitioning to a normal low calorie diet after a few months. I’ve been testing my urine and yesterday my ketones were around 3. This morning I tested when I woke up and color was saying I was between 8 and 16. I’ve been chugging water and tested again about an hour ago after lunch and it still said a solid 8. Am I doing something wrong? Should I be worried? Any advice? About to test again and see where I’m at.
