success comes from level 3 motivation. Intrinsic Motivation.
level 1 - fear based. something will happen to me. when the fear goes away, so does the motivation
level 2- external motivation. people complimenting and supporting one another. when the compliments go away and the interactions go away, so does the motivation
level 3 - Intrinsic Motivation. doing the right thing at all times out of joy, pleasure or self satisfaction. related to will power. NOBODY can help a person achieve this level. it must come from within. very, very, very coveted human trait.
