It’s been a bumpy week with eating out and heavy lifting. One night the scale tipped close to 188lb but I know it was water retention and such. I’ve stabilized it back to 182.6 so no real loss. This week I had 3 impromptu salted caramel cold brews from Dunkin and they are most def loaded with cals. No desire to find out how many since I know the extra liquid cals are not doing me favors. I’ve pretty much stopped drinking coffee so having 3 or maybe 4 of these delicious treats added the cals that led to no loss. This upcoming week I have my boss visiting me Tue-Thu and we will eat lunch and dinner out along w cocktails. It’s going to be important I save cals between today and Tuesday lunch time.
