Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday…

Unhappy with weather person….very little rain yesterday…I was hoping for more….lol…I kno never happy with weather….

Took yesterday off….to recover….did a few upper body…just to move shoulder blades…it helped…but..to mich sitting….causes it to hurt…and I need to sit when I’m tired….I don’t lay in bed till it’s bedtime…

Plan to ride today…and after breakfast…plan to start 48-72 hour water fast….weigh just barely going up…but I still want to get more off…it’s a me thing….I’ve seen where I’m vetting more healthy from the lifestyle change….and I want more….

Well…coffee was good…lol…gonna enjoy breakfast…then it’s water or coffee…for several days….
