Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday…

Rode 7.5 miles yesterday in zwift… 45 minutes…heart rate average 112…. Max was 144…. Doing a lot better at keeping heart rate down….a 🏆

Already did walk inside… ✅
Had first cup of coffee ☕️…✅
Plan to ride later…✅
Setting my intentions….checking them off..

Since may 30… have rode everyday…3-4 years back…I had 44 or so rides in a row…but since then..I’ve learned to listen to my body..it knows best..put the ego away…

Well…time to do a few things before breakfast…
