PREPARATION is key... I should eat much better today because I planned ahead. Once the semester starts I am gone from my home from 8 AM to 10 PM so if I don't pack good foods, I am starving and the Wendy's across the street from my classroom is too easy to run over to and eat bad stuff! So today I packed fruit, yogurt, and cheese in my snack pack with a freezer pack in there to keep stuff cold. Today will be a better day!
When I got home from class my boyfriend had surprised me for surviving each of my 3 first classes this semester with lilys (my favorite flower!) and sushi and red wine. I only ate 6 pieces of sushi, so not too bad. :)
