Ah... I'm stressed! Had to pay $560 for this semester's textbooks, and I'm only taking 3 classes. Unfortunately, every class was requiring the "new edition" so I couldn't buy used books. :(

Our closing date on the townhouse got moved up to September 11th... I don't like that it's that date; feels ominous. The seller couldn't do the 4th because he will be away for Labor Day weekend.

So much to do, so little time! Have to arrange to rent a UHaul, PACK, keep on top of my classes, and keep up with my daytime job workload... all the while trying to eat healthy! It's going to be a rough few weeks...

I can totally relate to what you are going through. I am experiencing the same things with my daughter. School and books are so expensive but in the long run you will find it is well worth it. My daughters move in day is on Labor Day..can you believe that? Good luck with your eating and getting it it all accomplished.

Wow! She is lucky she doesn't go back for a little bit. The freshmen at my school went back LAST Monday! I bet she's so excited; but I know it will be rough at first to adjust (for both of you). Thanks for the support, all the best to you getting through your rough work week!

I think I am the one who is going to have the hard time adjusting. She is very excited. I guess the first week they call O week and have lots of activities planned for them. She is going to the University of Western in London Ontario. It's about 3 hours from home...too far for my liking but a very good school for what she's taking.
