Welcome! I too an one of the "lucky" ones who does not experience weight loss as a sign of celiac - which really sucks, if you can't eat half the foods in the world you'd think that the pay off would be that you looked like a stick! I actually experienced weight gain - I am actually at the heaviest point in my life (well I was a few weeks ago) Be careful using the replacement foods - gluten free bread, pasta, cookies, loafs etc. because aside from being considerably more expensive, they are way higher in calories and have very little fiber.
