Yesterday I did a lower fix for my exercise. I can feel how it's affecting me. 👍 the scale went back down that 1 Lb this morning but ill wait for my weekly weigh-in before recording. Today I chased grandkids all day is that was my exercise. Tomorrow I'll do the video.
