tomorrow will be my re-start, i swear. it has been a ROUGH week and to make matters worse, my ex knew about my losses but still woke up and chose a$$hole attitude as usual- my uncle passed last night after a bad fall-multiple skull fractures. icing on cake

this is a photo from my small hike today (maybe 40mins, very flat and easy- also did the treadmill for 1.5 miles, and walked outside 1.5 miles additional to the hike....and cut some grass (27k steps total).. i ate... a LOT.....and cried...a LOT. I've never felt this much mental exhaustion... being outside in nature always brings me peace.

My aunt and uncle couldn't make it to my grandpa's (her dad's) funeral and now she has to bury her husband (my uncle)... it's hard to even contemplate her emotions... my heart is shattered. He was the BEST guy.

immort. we have 2 kids together. he called about drop-off and it spiraled from there. i called him some nasty names for being a dbag knowing i lost 2 family members.... i mean honestly who does that?! 🙃🙃
