I must have pulled something on vacation. My butt cheek, lower back and hip is sooo sore. The pain doesn’t radiate down my leg but when I’m resting in bed I get up and my calves are so tight. Oh my it’s terrible. I’ve been using Advil and absorbing jr and doing exercises I found on the internet but this happened 6 days ago! I’m icing for 20 and hot tub at night Just started treating w Advil Wednesday night and then Thursday I had a lot of yard/pond work to do and then voila Thursday morning I’m almost disabled. It’s 7pm I only have 2500 steps. For Pete’s sake this is going to take forever, I have things to do! 😒
