Crash day today. Tired from the week.
Did a bit of exercise. Ate fairly well a bit over my calories for the day but that's OK. I average over a week. All food was good for me, the beer no, but the food yes.
Was hungry for sweet, tossed a bit of butter in a pan, added raw peanuts and toasted. Yummy, has killed the sweet craving.
No alarm in the morning, no commitments until Sunday ballgame at 6:00.
