I had my Renpho on athlete mode that’s why my body fat was so low 😭good thing I never paid attention to that!

It went from 20% to 29.6% when I shut it off.

Where are these numbers coming from? And I'm assuming the 8 on visceral is %, not lbs? It's odd that there isn't a unit of measurement on that one.
I generally just use the main two, bodyfat% and lean mass. The lean mass is bodyweight-bodyfat(in lbs) and clearly isn't just muscle mass. But when you gain muscle, you gain fibers as well as blood & fluids to support the muscles. I think the Dexa scan is decent at detecting visceral fat but still not very accurate for total fat.

These are just from the Renpho scale. Earlier I posted a pic and someone mentioned the body fat so I did a little digging and found out why.

that's still a Great body fat percentage for a female that 20 percent you were showing before is very lean for a female that's why I mentioned it the other day. keep in mind these scales are still very Inaccurate though I had to put mine Into athlete mode because it was reading way higher than it should have been and it still reads higher than I actual am but not nearly as off as it was. keep up the great work 👍
