wannabhealthier's Logboek, 24 mrt 23

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday..but it seems like Saturday….

Had storms last night..thunder and lightning…power went off long enough to reset clock…only thing I have to mess with….still raining…but just a genial rain now…

Already got 1.5 miles in..and drank a cup…lol…only 7 hours of sleep last night..but was ready to get another day started…

Set up dr. Appointment for April 10… just yo get blood work…almost wish I hadn’t…his nurse asked me how I was doing..told her I had gotten off the tramadol…no more inflammation..no pain..that I was fasting and seeing results….wrong thing to say..and when I said I had done omad….well…..it wasn’t what I expected….doctor know I fast…but been awhile since I seen him….and my fasting has changed…I talked with the nurse here…she said it’s my choice..felt better after talking with her…yes..it’s my choice….

Called bicycle shop yesterday…when I ask about a front and back light…his first reply was..o your gonna start riding outside again..he knows I have macular degeneration….but guess he forgot…I said..no..I’m looking to use it on my rollator that I plan to use when I go for walks outside…and I want to be seen…only wish I felt balanced without it outside…which maybe the balance and eyes will improve some over time…a lot has to do with walking between 2 walls…knowing I have a handrail to grab if I get to straying as I walk…

Well…almost time for breakfast…not that I’m all that hungry…but need the protein boost…lol…
