Since I bought an ankle strap to wear fitbit on ankle..to get all my steps..I often wonder why all trackers don’t offer the setup…when I’m walking..I’m not looking at fitbit to see all the stats..I have a phone that does that…or iPad…..
62outside at 607 am…in march….and it’s been raining..instead of snowing..with colder weather…by 11am..the temps start falling…but just in 40s….not bad…could sleep with window open for a change…lol
Already did first of many laps thru facility…starting on todays steps already…first cup of coffee ☕️ tasted mmmm….lol…gotta make a second…then do a few things..head off to breakfast..get another day started off right..
Have decided to quit logging food for a while…since I’m fasting longer most days…and I’m a creature of habit..
Also going to get back in habit of upper body workouts..so easy to let them go…as with anything….
Have a fantastic positive day…allow the energy to flow…
