Went out with coworkers was worried I would go back to bad habits. Had a few drinks with no fruit juice, didn't ordern any fast food while there or on the way home as usual. Some people may say don't weight yourself daily but for me it helps me stay focused. If the weight go down it makes me feel like I'm on the right track. If the number is the same I still believe that I'm on track and may need to go a lil harder the next day!!! Great Day!!!
