I spent the day with my mother instead of eating.
I ended up with a total of 909 calories for the day and didn't snack before bed.
I know it's probably not good to keep up the 900 calories full time, especially with work, but if I can keep them between 1100-1300 instead of the full 1500-1600 I've been on, I'll probably keep dropping.
