26… with a wind chill of 19….brrrr…o yeah…it’s February…supposed to be cold…but lacking in snow…

Sipping my first cup of ☕️….walked 3/4 mile…my reward…lol…

The number game continues…as does the fasting lifestyle…thing of doing a 3 day fast towards end of month..after all…it’s getting easier to miss meals…and not be hungry…and have more energy…I eat very many carbs……and I get sleepy…

Another day of moving the body….it likes it…lol..
