Not a productive weekend for weight loss. Hosted Dani's grad party. Worked hard, on my feet all day but made some impulsive eating decisions and drank my fill of wine for dinner and beyond. Today is a new week. Back on track. Water, water, water. Cant do this M-F only. Need to navigate the weekends better.
Still not as bad as before so progress has been made.
