Happy 😃 happy Thursday….

Yesterdays step count….today..I’d be happy to hit 2-3 miles..lol…I’m not sore…but can tell my legs aren’t recovered to hit the same step count again today…I got 8+ hours of sleep ..but…gonna have to build on doing 4 mile walks….getting 3 yesterday was pretty easy..but that last mile…I was starting to wonder…saved all my energy for walking…today however..will include some resistance workouts..

Woke up at 4am to howling wind..pouring down rain..and 59 in February…temp is slowly falling now…

Second cup of ☕️…but only 1/2 mile walked…should have 3 miles by 11am…hopefully…lol..then this afternoon it will be rest time again…and ipad time…been playing a game called raid…have a couple games I play to relax…

Wind is howling…lest it’s now below 30….or it would be miserable out there…

Well…almost 630am…things to do before my next walk to breakfast…
