I went over my breakfast calories by about 100... Totally worth it!

I have Hypothyroidism too. it's been really hard to lose my weight.

It really is xenawarriorqueen. My advice is to be kind to yourself. Don't push yourself so hard with restrictions that it makes you sick. I was doing that and I've been feeling absolutely horrible. No more! Just aim to maintain a calorie deficit and do activities as your illness allows. Avoid sweets and added sugars and we've got this! Hugs to you!

My only real problem is that I need to have a left total knee replacement surgery. I can't go for walks or play with my grandbabies.

Have you tried chair exercise. I use it for exercise because I have no Cartledge in either of my knees.
