Got my 8 hours last night..
Also been listening to dr. Mindy pelz…about doing longer water fasts…omad…that I’m doing..I’ve seen so many benefits…I’m off taking pain pill everyday…no inflammation…I’m amazed …and smiling…doing the 20 hour fast..just never got me to this level….
Already walked 3/4 mile…before coffee..lol..but just had that…now it’s time to move again…lol
