Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday…

Rain on the way…and 40…wind chill like 35…nice to be in…lol

Things I’m noticing by being on omad…arty is not as bad…in fact only took 1 pain pill yesterday…of course I didn’t do the stairs either….hungrier is none existent….when I went down yesterday for lunch…I really wasn’t hungry…and I passed on the strawberry pie….lol…it did look good..but…not in my meal plan…

Todays intentions…walk…resistant bands…make time to meditate…and be more relaxed at bed time tonight…yo many thoughts going thru my head last night….

Miss walking the stairs…lol…I’m sure they will call me today…they did yesterday…but I ignored them…

Added more resistance to bands yesterday…change it up..make the workout different…

Almost 530am…coffee cup almost empty…feet are ready to move..I hear the wind howling outside…really glad to have an inside place to walk…ut oh….cup os dry…time to move..get them steps going…
