Home for Christmas and so far eating like an idiot but I’ve been good outside of social events (for the most part😏). And I’ve kept up with my workouts. Added a flexibility portion bc I think my squat form can be improved.
And I bought the same model (Withings) scale that I have at my house, so no surprises when I get back.
Still getting a lot of fiber and protein and sleep… I haven’t been perfect but so far way better than on previous trips, where I’d go the “in for a penny, in for a pound” route…
