My first workout is done,..mostly counter pushups…with pull downs…just limber up…a 10 minute workout…as i was waiting on mu coffee to run thru…was doing pushups…i don't don30 minute workouts…instead do several…10 minute workouts thru out the day…breaking it up..you still get a workout…and by breaking it up…keeps it more interesting…
Been looking ahead at weather and the temps…im thinking santa better be getting his long johns out…as the temps at night….brrrrr….
For anyone looking to start using bands….you gotta remember…your workouts to begin with…are going to ne learning process..as you learn what moves you can do to make your routine…when i started…2-3 minutes of using the bands..seemed like a workout…even the counter pushups..when i started…doing 1 was a challenge….this morning i did 40.. at one time…walked over to resistance bands..did a move…came back…knocked out 40 more…just finished first cup of ☕️…and il do more..while its dripping thru…

What im trying to say…dont make a new year resolution…instead start a routine…as small as it might be…challenge yourself ….create a routine this coning year…set your intentions…make it happen…
