Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday….

All rested…100% sleep last night…but no ride planned today…I can feel the puffiness in knees…guessing from yesterday lunch…tried to wash it out with water…made a lot of trips to p last night..so first thing this morning…started on the beet root extract to help with inflammation….should of took them yesterday…but o well….lol

Weight is up..part of enjoying the holiday meal…o well…

Just another day today…dead lifts..push ups..and rowing to get workouts in…max it up…

Good morning! I bet a lot of scales are up today! Lol I had one meal and a small piece of pie and I am up. Just a part of enjoying the holiday, like you say. I will eat light and healthy today and try to fix it. I have a knee acting up a bit, too. Hope yours feel better! Happy Friday!:)
