I cheated .. there i said it. I had 3 crackers and they were soooo good but had 12 net carbs. But im not sweating it. I've been mostly good all this time and I am right back on the wagon.Ill make it up at the gym tonite. I asked my husband to hide them in case they trigger some cravings later today or tomorrow. Meh. I'm only human LOL .. BUT... on another note, I had my bio-metric screening and other than my weight , all my tests were perfect other than borderline glucose but it wasn't a fasting test so Ill blame that. LOL. MY borderline blood pressure is gone and the dr lady says as long as I keep working at it I can stay off the diuretics they had me on. She did say Im considered obese but I knew that and at least its not morbidly obese and Im working really hard on it so here's the the next 5 lbs. CHEERS.
