here I am! Back to fatsecret I go! a rude awakening at my annual physical with the doctor to see that I am 123 pounds! That is the heaviest I've been since my mid 20's before pregnancy. Funny how those few pounds just creep up and you don't seem to notice just how much is actually CREEPING on! feel blah. pants are tight. got the muffin top. 40's are def not treating me well. everything is getting flabby! Time to wake up!
