Lighter band workouts yesterday…just to get a workout in…was on heating pad most of day due to shoulder blades hurting in my back…but much better today…just do lighter today as well…more reps…
Yesterday the head of the kitchen said…no turkey this year due to a turkey disease…could be ham instead…all outlets they get food from…have put memos out saying they don’t have any …it’s just a meal…

Had a food counsel meeting yesterday…went over the upcoming menus…since I can’t see as well as most..they are printing out the menus in bigger print for likev6-7 of us…
