46 outside…and getting out of bed at 4am…well..I fell back into dream land….lol…
Just another day of movement and workouts..that’s what I like about the resistance bands..you can use them daily…get a great workout…and they don’t take up a lot of room…and they are quiet…I did 60 lb on my overhead pull downs yesterday…I’m not good with the terms..and after doing like 30… switched to 70…with a lot less reps…also did rows like that…dead lifts..have kettlebell bell I use for bicep curls…and my counter pushups…after lunch…I started to get on trainer…but instead was lazy..and just set and played on iPad…kept my strain down yesterday…
542am…and I’m behind…lol…well…where I’m normally at this time of day…o well..be days like that…lol..
Gonna get dressed rest of way…turn heat up a tad…and move…
