Maria Richards's Logboek, 04 mrt 15

It appears to show I am losing 3.5 lbs per week, which is nonsense! Scales didn't register a loss on Sunday this week, but showed a loss of 1 lb on Tuesday. In other words 1 lb loss over 9 days - which I am quite happy with considering 2 nights away in a hotel! :)
