Been sick for a couple of days, so have not really had the energy for as much exercise as i should have gotten. I'm not too disappointed though. I will get that progress back.

I have no doubt that you will regain the progress. You are showing a .7 lb weight loss a week, so you are doing great. Hope you are feeling better now.
