morganstuart's Logboek, 28 aug 22

Feeling bummed out today. I didn't do any walking since today was Sunday. I actually spent the day strength training. 30 minutes is what my time limit on it was. I feel sore after that workout. Hopefully I can recover tomorrow going walking.
