Does anyone else have binge days without showing their comfort food? Out of pic is the 3rd hotdog and reminder of the chips. 1499 cal in one sitting!!! Happy and not happy for the binge.

I had a serious binge day yesterday and usually don't like sharing because I know how pictures can be a trigger somehow to others. It sometimes is for me, anyway. That looks so yummy tho 🤤 I hope you enjoyed it at least 😁

I can eat too much of anything and end up with a high calorie day. I am more upset when it wasn't anything good and I ended up with graham crackers and peanut butter ruining my intake instead of just ordering something or running out to get something good. I love hot dogs. I have been eating turkey ones for 100 calories on 80 calorie buns- not nearly as good, but I tell myself they are. And ruffles plain potato chips- I think I ate 6 servings a couple days ago. Oops. I try not to do that 2 days in a row and preferable not more than 2 times a month but it is hard to hold myself to it. Good luck! Hope you finished with dessert. ;)

If I over indulge in one sitting.. Il have to sacrifice my other meals and drink tea or water.. That's the punishment... Come what may, regardless of what I eat, when and how.. I shall not pass my daily calorie limit

I allow myself to have “cheat meals” on weekends and often I don’t count calories because I know it’s always over my calorie limit. Having a binge day today - ordered nandos and will probably order something else later for dinner today. Not taking pics but recording it all on my diary. 😅 I already feel so guilty because I went for a run and now “undoing” it all.

I had Mc Cain Slap chips today and boy did I enjoy them!!!🤩🤩🤩…it’s totally normal!!!

Thanks for all your advice. Seems like we all fall off the bus from time to time. The sad truth, my comfort eating caused a gain of 1.45kgs this week!

Is 1.45 not a bit too high over one week? I had pizza yesterday and some ice cream on Friday… actually I have had a cheat week…maybe keep it at “maintenance calories” on cheat days to at least sort of stay at the same weight! You’ll bounce back
