OK THAT'S IT....I did not fall off the Atkins wagon - I ran it head first into a brick wall running 110 mph!!!
Back on track and paying for my fall....THE ATKINS' FLU...it is real and it is BAD!!!!
So here's to hoping and praying to one day be as strong and disciplined as my sister...shout out to milbwk!
I've done great for two days.....

Hey, Jo...drink that full sodium broth to help with that flu....I think the thought of that flu is part of what helps keep me on track...it is sooooo nasty!!! You'll succeed this time!! :D

@AmberJames - if it hasn't hit you, you are probably safe....BUT BEWARE, if you "restart" after a bit, it just might hit. It feels like you have the real flu...it's AWFUL.

Good to see you back on here!!!! and hey, you didn't gain that much so that's great!!!! I told Jeff yesterday that I'm staying on during vacation, because I don't want to mess myself up!!!! Will just have to resist mom's cinnamon rolls!!!! whew - gonna be tough!
