This is nuts. I haven't been calorie counting so I don't know how much I've been eating exactly, but I have been trying to eat mindfully and not over consume, for long before this weight increase. I am up a solid 5 lbs from early June, and 10 lbs from January. I wonder what's changed. I will start doing more calorie counting to be sure of how much I'm eating.
