3 day spike over memorial weekend. I am attempting to do a huge bulk over the next few weeks. Therefore I made sure to gain at least 6-8 lbs over the weekend and now I am going to glide back into phase 1 of the spike and slowly cut that weight down to 170 aiming to increase my lean muscle mass by 2 lbs and cut that fat a little bit further. It's scary gaining weight like this, but I am very confident in my ability to exercise properly and eat right for the next 3 weeks to have the bulk I want. I will post pictures on the 21st of June. If all goes as planned I will look like Thor :)

Agreed, however, I would say I ate 16,000 calories in those 3 days. lol. So that is at least 3 true lbs, maybe 4 because I'm sure I forgot to count stuff. Going to try and be diligent logging information for this bulk. Fatsecret is too addictive!! lol
