Today went well. I got a great walk in, up and down the hills of my neighborhood pushing a stroller in 80 degree weather. Talk about burning calories! I kept my calories nice and low also. On a weight loss forum I frequent, someone posted about focusing on today only and not looking too far ahead. Focus on making today on plan. So that's what I'm going to try to do. Today was great, but I'm starting over tomorrow and I plan on having another great day. Eventually, my great days will add up and I'll be at goal. That's the theory, anyway.
