out of the blue my shoulder froze up. This, after suffering through a week of nasty antibiotics and trying to recover from diverticulitis...UGH! Saw chiropractor and tried ultrasound for 3 days and seriously, no relief. went to my naturopath and while advising me on the nutrients i need to help restore my gut, he did accupuncture and trigger point injections and I finally got a bit of relief! I could not even move the mouse or type for an entire week. I am hopefully on the road to recovery. food has been the furthest thing from my mind. I have tried to get a little movement in through daily activities around the house, but know i must get moving to be able to get back to work next week. I have not given up, I am mindful and just wanted to check in. Thanks for everyone's support!
