Manganese!! Whenever my joints get crunchy, I take manganese. Increases synovial fluid in the joints👍👍👍.

Hey Jheeden! Good to see you :) This is very close to the Blueridge Parkway. It was an easy hike but it wrecked my feet. I have got to get some hiking shoes. My heals are still soar a few days later. I need to add manganese to my grocery list. Thanks for the tip!
