I don’t think much has changed since last year September, October 🤷🏻♀️ But I will still keep trying, struggling though to eat 1500 a day, when I get to the evening it’s 800 then I have to find a healthy snack to gobble so I don’t go to bed hungry or get migraines or feel sick
