Nancilaw's Logboek, 17 jan 15

I reset my RDI a few days ago and started tracking my food intake so that I can lose the 6 lbs that I have gained since Nov. I keep forgetting to weigh in the morning since after the first day I started. I will try to remember tomorrow. I hope I see progress.
