Dropped a bunch of baby weight the last couple weeks, and this week I think I was up a bit. (Didn’t take an accurate weigh in.) I’ve been just eating whatever I want and however much of it. Need to reign it in a bit. Starting today, I told my self I need to do better. I was craving a late night sweet snack, and told myself I did not need it, and I resisted the urge to eat just to eat. One step closer to the right direction! Let’s do this💪🏼
