Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday…

At 430am…it was 72…. And the cyclist inside of me…was wanting to enjoy that outside ride…just a feeling that doesn’t go away…and I’m glad an sad it doesn’t…it reminds me of once great mornings I had….instead I got up and did a morning upper body workout for 20 minutes….go to the limit….

Rain in the area again today….and humid again….summer is here…the days of sitting out and soaking up the sun..are pick and choose…the cooler days…

Breakfast time…trying to decide…if I’m gonna fast thru it..or eat…lol…been in a fast since 12 pm yesterday…not even hungry….715 am now….the cna called last night at 5 pm..to see if I was eating..I said nope…I’m guessing a different cna on duty..since I’ve stopped eating supper….might just blow thru breakfast…do a 24 hour fast..I’m sure it will do my body good…a lot of the people think I’m not eating cause I want the scales to go down…actually I’m tired of the food rotation…it’s gotten old….

Guess I need to get up an move..otherwise…the recliner will think it’s a day off…lol
