Day 26:
The final day of the "30 Day Challenge" I have set for myself is almost here. What started out as an experiment to see if I was capable of eating better and exercising more often has become a routine. So far I have lost quite a few pounds. I think my boyfriend and I are going to continue on with the challenge...just counting the days. Maybe I'll add on another 30 days and see how I am when I get there?
I think the hardest thing for me right now is I'm running out of lunch ideas... I'm literally getting sick of eating chicken and I'm tired of spinach wraps. I need something quick and easy AND healthy to make... We're going to have to sit down this weekend and choose some DIFFERENT meals.
I was going to use today as a rest day, but I think I may work out--just not as hard as the past few days. We'll see how I feel in a bit.
